Management Trainee for Bonanza Group .
Location-Goregaon
Salary for Management Trainee would be 15k to 20k can be Extended if required
Were looking for smart, young and enthusiastic management Trainee for our Corporate Sales & Marketing Division intended specifically for Corporates.
The selected candidates have to visit our prospective corporate clients and will conduct following task/ assignments.
Find the right person in the company to speak about risk management and commercial Insurance solutions. Meet the client and conduct a survey initially about the company, the risk management techniques adopted and for their Insurance needs.
Theyll also collect the details of existing insurance cover which client has already availed.
Apprise the Sales Team about the discussion and prepare a report for the next round of discussions with the client.
To conduct the above mentioned task well help you with:
- Extensive training on Insurance from the trainers and industries experts.
- Extensive training & understanding on the products suits to Institutions & corporate.
- Other trainings or sessions on personality development, Leadership qualities, Time Management, Team Building & others
For this profile, we are looking for the candidate who can represent us in the corporate/ SME Companies/ Institutions:
Person should have good Communication skills with good personality & Positive attitude.
Should know to prepare reports, charts & Presentations.
These Management interns are expected to be go-getter with a positive attitude with a good command on MS Office.
