- Negotiating price and raising purchase order for it
- Vendor follow up to ensure timely delivery of the goods and services to meet assign deadlines
- Handling invoices issues effectively
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Communicating courteously and keeping accurate records of discussions with customers
- Coordinating with operation and technical team when needed
- Maintaining good relationship with vendors, clients and customers
- Obtaining competitive quotes and analyzing as per the requirement
- Must be good in number games
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Good in English vocabulary and in writing skills
- Good knowledge of excel is needed
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Candidate worked in procurement will be preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasing personality
